Tubettini Pasta: You will need 8 oz of uncooked Tubettini pasta. Use De Cecco or Colavita brand Tubettini Pasta to get the best result.
Parmesan Cheese: You will need 4 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese. 365 by Whole Foods Market or Kraft brand grated Parmesan cheese.
You will need Stove, Pan, Bowl, Knife, Cutting Board, Measuring Cup, Measuring Spoon, and Wooden Spoon.

- Combine 30 oz. Cannellini beans and 6 cups water in the pan.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil with the ground cinnamon, covered.
- Boil for 15 to 18 minutes, then decrease to a low heat and continue to simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Simmer on low heat.
- Check periodically and add hot water if required.
- Add the Tubetini pasta and continue simmering until the Tubettini is al dente.
- Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
- Add grated parmesan cheese on top.
