Parmesan Cheese: You will need 4 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese. 365 by Whole Foods Market or Kraft brand grated Parmesan cheese.

- 30 oz Goya Cannellini Beans, Recommended
- 6 cups Water
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
- ¼ tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 8 oz Colavita Uncooked Tubettini Pasta, Recommended
- 4 tbsp Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, Recommended
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion for 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender.
- Combine 30 oz. Cannellini beans and 6 cups water in the pan.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil with the ground cinnamon, covered.
- Boil for 15 to 18 minutes, then decrease to a low heat and continue to simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Simmer on low heat.
- Check periodically and add hot water if required.
- Add the Tubetini pasta and continue simmering until the Tubettini is al dente.
- Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
- Add grated parmesan cheese on top.
