Buttermilk: You will need 3/4 cup of buttermilk. Use Organic Valley or Garelick brand buttermilk to get the best result.

Canola Oil: You will need 1/3 cup of canola oil. Use Happy Belly or Wesson brand canola oil is recommended.

Egg: You will need 1 large egg beaten.
