Ingredients
  

For Marinade:

For Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Salt

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, chopped garlic, lime zest, white vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, chopped green chilli, salt, black pepper, chopped wild coriander leaves, and olive oil.
  • Mix everything well with a spoon.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the mixture and let them marinate for 1 hour.

Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on low heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken breasts to the pan.
  • Cover the pan and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, until both sides are golden brown.
  • Transfer the grilled chicken to a plate.

Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour the dressing over the grilled chicken breasts.

Serve:

  • Garnish with lime wheels.
