  • Slice the cucumber and carrot using a peeler into thin strips.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the grated garlic, yoghurt, salt, paprika, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Add the sliced cucumber and carrot to the bowl.
  • Toss everything gently until the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
