Shape the dough into an 18x6-inch rectangle and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle the dough with brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon.
Roll the dough up in a jelly-roll shape, beginning with the long edge; wet the edges and seal.
Make 20 slices out of the roll.
Put the cut side of the rolls in two lightly buttered round cake pans.
Let rise for 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Pour the heavy cream on top of the rolls and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Combine the confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl and adjust the sweetness with more sugar or milk.
Drizzle while still warm over warm rolls.
