Combine the imitation crab, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, parsley, and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients very thoroughly.
Place the bread on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Split it lengthwise in half, down the centre.
Pile the seafood mixture on top of each half.
Make sure it is spread equally throughout the surface of the bread by using a spatula.
Bake for approximately seven to eight minutes in preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
The cheese should be totally melted and have a faint layer of brown on top.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing it into pieces that are four inches long.
