Make this easy homemade truffle hot sauce recipe with chili peppers, black truffle oil, and garlic. Bold, spicy, and perfect for pasta, pizza, and meats. Ready in 35 minutes!
Wash the chili peppers and habanero peppers. Chop them roughly. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
Heat the pan over medium heat. Add the truffle olive oil. Sauté the chopped garlic and peppers until soft and tender. This takes about 5–7 minutes.
Pour in the white vinegar. Add sugar and cook on medium-low heat for 6–7 minutes. Stir occasionally to blend the flavors.
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Transfer the mixture into a blender. Add honey and black truffle pate. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl. This removes seeds and skins for a smooth texture.
In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and xanthan gum until smooth. Add this mixture to the blender and blend again until fully combined.
Strain the sauce once more for extra smoothness. Pour into a clean glass bottle.
Your homemade truffle hot sauce is ready to enjoy!
