Put the Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & green Chilies, chopped White Onion, and Fresh Cilantro into a food processor or blender.
If you want a milder salsa, you can remove the seeds and ribs from the Jalapeno Pepper. If you like it spicy, you can leave them in. Chop the Jalapeno Pepper and add it to the mix.
Add a little bit of salt to taste. Start with a pinch, and you can always add more later if needed.
Now, put the lid on your food processor or blender.
Pulse the ingredients for about 20 to 25 seconds. This will blend everything together to the consistency you like. If you want it chunkier, pulseless. For a smoother salsa, pulse more.
Once it looks good to you, take the salsa out and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This will help the flavors meld together.
After chilling, pour the salsa into a bowl and enjoy your homemade Taco Bueno Salsa!
