  • Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the pasta noodles and cook for about 5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  • Step 2: Boil the Chicken Broth
  • In another large saucepan, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Step 3: Add the Vegetables
  • Add the diced carrots, chopped celery, and parsley into the boiling broth. Stir well.
  • Step 4: Season the Soup
  • Mix in the garlic powder and onion powder using a wooden spoon. Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until the vegetables become soft.
  • Step 5: Add Chicken and Noodles
  • Add the cooked diced chicken and prepared noodles to the pot. Let everything cook together for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  • Step 6: Final Seasoning
  • Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  • Step 7: Serve
  • Transfer the hot soup into serving bowls and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Do not overcook the noodles; they will soften more in the soup.
Fresh parsley gives the best flavor, but dried parsley works if needed.
You can adjust salt depending on the broth’s sodium level.
