Heat the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan to low heat.
After the butter is melted, add Hot Pepper Sauce, Ketchup, Apple Cider Vinegar, and White Sugar.
Stir with a wooden spoon continuously until the white sugar dissolves.
Now add Worcestershire Sauce, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Ground mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper.
Stir everything together thoroughly.
If you think this mixture is too much thick then add some water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
You can either serve this immediately or take it off the heat and let it sit for a while so the flavors may meld more fully.
