Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Size Pineapple
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  • Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
  • In an electric blender, add the pineapple pieces, ginger pieces, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Add 2 cups of water to the blender.
  • Blend everything very well until smooth.
  • Strain the juice into a jar to remove any pulp.
  • Pour the juice into glasses.
  • Add ice cubes to each glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon.
  • Enjoy your refreshing Pineapple Mint Juice!
