1 Medium Size Pineapple ½ inch Ginger 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves ½ Lemon Juice ½ tsp Salt 2 cups Water Ice Cubes
Peel and cut the pineapple into small pieces.
Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
In an electric blender, add the pineapple pieces, ginger pieces, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt.
Add 2 cups of water to the blender.
Blend everything very well until smooth.
Strain the juice into a jar to remove any pulp.
Pour the juice into glasses.
Add ice cubes to each glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
