  • Glass (rocks glass or margarita glass)
  • Small plate (for Tajín and chamoy rim)

  • Add watermelon pucker, pineapple juice, peach schnapps, mango syrup, tequila, and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well for about 20 seconds until chilled.
  • On a small plate, spread chamoy sauce. On another plate, add Tajín seasoning.
  • Dip the rim of your glass into chamoy first, then into Tajín to coat evenly.
  • Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice cubes.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a Mexican lollipop.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Store tequila in a cool, dry place. After opening, try to use it within one year.
Maintain a good balance between tequila and juice. You can slightly adjust to taste.
If the cocktail isn’t sweet enough, add a small amount of simple syrup to the shaker.
For a smoother taste, use silver (blanco) tequila.
Always shake with plenty of ice for the best chill and dilution.
