Begin by preparing the ingredients. Clean and trim the celery, peel the cucumber if it's not organic, and tear off the stems from the parsley leaves. If you don't have organic lemons, peel it, leaving the pith (white part) intact.
Place the prepared celery, cucumber, parsley leaves, and half a lemon into a blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth. If your blender isn't very powerful, consider peeling the lemon to avoid large chunks of peel in the mixture.
You can drink this mixture as is or use a juicer for the vegetables and then add the coconut water separately.
Ideally, consume this kidney-friendly drink in the morning and before bedtime for a couple of days. Keep in mind that it's a diuretic, so expect to visit the bathroom more frequently, which is part of the cleansing process.
During these two days, focus on a clean diet by avoiding alcohol, sugar, fried foods, and excessive bread. Instead, opt for items like bone broth and salads with olive oil and lemon dressing. Remember to drink plenty of filtered water to support the flushing process.
