Ingredients
  

For Soaking:

For Flour Mixture:

For Dipping:

  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 5 tbsp Flour Mixture
  • ½ cup Water

For Frying:

  • 1 litre Oil

For Soaking:

  • In a large pot, add the chicken, water, salt, sugar, black pepper, and vinegar.
  • Mix well and let the chicken soak for 6 hours.

For Flour Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, baking powder, and black pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until well combined.

For Dipping:

  • In a medium bowl, add the beaten egg, 5 tablespoons of the flour mixture, and water.
  • Mix well with a spoon.

For Frying:

  • After soaking, take the chicken out and pat it dry with tissue paper.
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium-low heat.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture.
  • Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.
  • Fry the chicken until it is golden brown on both sides.
