For Dipping: 1 Egg, Beaten 5 tbsp Flour Mixture ½ cup Water
For Soaking: In a large pot, add the chicken, water, salt, sugar, black pepper, and vinegar.
Mix well and let the chicken soak for 6 hours.
For Flour Mixture: In a mixing bowl, add the flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, baking powder, and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until well combined.
For Frying: After soaking, take the chicken out and pat it dry with tissue paper.
Heat oil in a pan on medium-low heat.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture.
Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.
Fry the chicken until it is golden brown on both sides.
