Bob Red Mill's Xanthan Gum, Recommended
Instructions
Add Red Jalapenos, Water, Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper in a pot, except for Xanthan Gum.
Heat the ingredients at low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and rest it to cool for 10 minutes.
In an electric blender, add the ingredients and also add the Xanthan Gum.
Blend the ingredients until smooth, taste the mixture and add more salt, vinegar, or sugar as needed.
Transfer the sauce to a glass jar or bottle.
Enjoy the Hawaiian Lava Sauce with your favorite food!
