Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh Kale cut into small sizes
  • 2 Fresh Green Apples cut into small pieces
  • 2 Fresh Celery Stalks cut into small pieces
  • 2 Fresh Baby Cucumbers cut into small pieces
  • 2 Fresh Kiwi cut into small pieces
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • Juice of 2 Green Lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • Ice Cubes Optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove dirt or pesticides.
  • Cut the kale, apples, celery, cucumbers, kiwi, and ginger into small pieces so they blend easily.
  • Add kale, apples, celery, cucumbers, kiwi, ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and water into the juicer or blender.
  • Blend at high speed until smooth and well combined.
  • If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it using a fine strainer. If you like fiber, drink it without straining.
  • Pour into glasses. Add 2–3 ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.

Notes

Use fresh organic kale if possible.
Adjust salt according to taste.
Drink immediately for best nutrition.
You can reduce water for thicker consistency.
Always shake or stir before drinking if it settles.
