Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove dirt or pesticides.
Cut the kale, apples, celery, cucumbers, kiwi, and ginger into small pieces so they blend easily.
Add kale, apples, celery, cucumbers, kiwi, ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and water into the juicer or blender.
Blend at high speed until smooth and well combined.
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it using a fine strainer. If you like fiber, drink it without straining.
Pour into glasses. Add 2–3 ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
