Ingredients

Instructions

  • Finely mince the garlic cloves. Chop the pickled jalapeños very finely so the sauce becomes smooth and well blended.
  • In a glass mixing bowl, add:
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped jalapeños
  • Jalapeño juice
  • Chili powder
  • Fry seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Stir everything together for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined. Make sure no lumps remain.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the spice level. Add more jalapeño juice or chili powder if you prefer extra heat.
  • Transfer the sauce to a glass jar with a tight lid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend together perfectly.
  • Stir once more before serving. Enjoy with fries, burgers, or your favorite snacks.

Notes

Use full-fat mayonnaise for a richer texture.
Finely chopping the jalapeños helps create a smoother sauce.
Chilling is important — it improves flavor significantly.
Always use fresh garlic for the best taste.
