Ingredients
- 12 Mint Leaves
- ¾ oz Monin Passion Fruit Puree, Recommended
- ¾ oz Agave Water (See below for recipe)
- ¾ oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 3 oz Navy Hill Soda Water, Recommended
- Ice
- Mint Sprig & Orange Wedge
Instructions
For Agave Water:
- Mix equal parts Agave Nectar and Filtered Water.
- Stir until thoroughly incorporated.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For Mojito:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Mint Leaves, Passion Fruit Puree, Agave Water, Fresh Lemon Juice, Spiced Rum, and the Lime Wedge.
- Add some ice to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake all the ingredients for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a serving glass.
- Top the glass with Soda Water.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig and an Orange wedge.
