Make the Cheesecake Factory Lemon Drop Martini with raspberry at home in just 3 minutes! Fresh lemon juice, vodka, triple sec, and a sweet sugar rim. Easy copycat recipe.
Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your martini glass.
Dip the rim into the sugar mixture to coat it evenly.
Place the glass in the freezer to chill.
Muddle the Raspberry Mixture:
In a small glass, add:
Fresh raspberries
Mint leaves
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Use a muddler to gently crush everything together. This releases the raspberry juice and mint flavor.
