  • First, beat the eggs and set them aside in a small bowl.
  • In a pan, add sugar, solid oil, buttermilk, and salt, and mix the ingredients with a spoon until solid oil is dissolved
  • Add warm water and potato flakes and whisk together.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix 2 packets of yeast with 1/3 cup of water until the yeast is dissolved.
  • Add the yeast mixer, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, and beaten eggs to the buttermilk mixer.
  • Now place the ingredients in a stand mixer and blend for 7 minutes or until smooth consistency.
  • Add the remaining 3 cups flour and beat for another 7 minutes or until smooth.
  • Remove the dough from the stand mixer and put it in a greased bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 2 hours or until double in size.
  • Make little balls with the dough and put them in the greased muffin tin cups (3 balls in each cup.)
  • Melt some butter and use a pastry brush to spread it on the dough balls.
  • Keep the muffin tin at room temperature for 2 hours for rising the dough balls.
  • Bake in the preheated 400 Degree Farrenhiet oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy yeast rolls with your family.
