Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Amazon Fresh all-purpose flour, recommended
  • 2 tsp Arm And Hammer baking soda, recommended
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups blue bonnet margarine, melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp McCormick pure vanilla extract, Recommended
  • 2 cups Kirkland Signature semi-sweet chocolate chips, recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, cream together the melted and cooled blue bonnet margarine with the brown sugar.
  • Add the eggs to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Spoon the cookie dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving some space between each cookie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about a minute before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
