- 1 ½ oz Bacardi Superior Rum, Recommended
- 1 ½ oz Monin Yuzu Fruit Puree, Recommended
- 1 ½ oz Ocean Spray White Cranberry Juice, Recommended
- 3 oz Pomegranate Juice
- A Pinch Of Silver Edible Glitter
- A Small Chunk Of Dry Ice (about one inch)
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bacardi Superior Rum, yuzu fruit purée, and white cranberry juice.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the purée is completely blended with the other ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a long glass for serving.
Sprinkle a pinch of silver glitter on top of the drink.
Carefully pour the pomegranate juice over the top to create a layered effect.
Using a spoon, gently place the small chunk of dry ice into the bottom of the glass.
