Instructions
 

  • Before baking, defrost the Marie Callender pie crust for ten minutes and use a fork to poke holes in the crust.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or until golden brown.
  • Allow it to cool down for some time.
  • In a bowl, wash and soak 4 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries for 5 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile, put 3 oz of Strawberry Gelatin Mix, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch into a pan and mix them well.
  • Set the heat to low to medium and continue stirring until the mixture begins to bubble.
  • Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to settle before pouring it over the strawberries in the pie.
  • Now, strawberries need to be drained and dried with a paper towel.
  • Place the fresh strawberries on top of the baked pie crust.
  • Over the strawberries, pour the strawberry glaze.
  • Decorate with the whipped cream and enjoy!

Notes

Before baking, poke some holes in the crust with a fork.
Allow the crust to cool before adding the strawberries.
Remove the strawberry leaves, wash them, and soak strawberries for a few minutes.
Using a paper towel, pat them dry.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
