  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dry mixed ingredients and whisk to combine thoroughly.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the wet mix ingredients.
  • To dissolve the sugar, beat the wet mixture.
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients thoroughly.
  • Fold in the blueberries gently.
  • Line a muffin pan with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Using a scoop with a capacity of 2 ounces, transfer the batter to the prepared muffin pan.
  • Bake for about 15 to 16 minutes, or until golden brown, in a 325-degree oven.
