Ingredients
  

For Bolognese Sauce:

For Spaghetti:

  • 1 ½ lb Uncooked Spaghetti
  • 6 Quarts Water
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

For Bolognese Sauce:

  • Cook the pork, beef, and veal in a large pot over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the onion, garlic, celery, and carrots, and continue cooking until the vegetables have become tender.
  • Combine the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, beef broth, black pepper, salt, nutmeg, and cloves in the pot.
  • Set to a low simmer and cook for at least two hours, stirring occasionally, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Add the heavy cream and cook for an additional five minutes.
  • Your Bolognese sauce is ready to serve!

For Spaghetti:

  • In a big pot, heat up six quarts of water until it boils.
  • Add the salt, then add the uncooked spaghetti.
  • Stir constantly until the water comes back to a boil.
  • Cook for one minute shorter than the provided instructions.
  • Briefly strain and cool, but do not rinse. Toss with olive oil.
  • Transfer the spaghetti to a plate, as desired.
  • Serve the Harry Hamlin Bolognese over spaghetti!
