For Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 tbsp Pompeian Olive Oil, Recommended
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Trimmed And Halved
- Ground Black Pepper To Taste
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- 4 tbsp Sriracha Aioli (Recipe Below)
- 4 tbsp Chopped Toasted Cashews
- 2 Sprigs Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Sprigs Mint Leaves, Chopped
- Lime Wedge For Garnish
For Brussels Sprouts:
Set the oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Put all the brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brussels sprouts are lightly browned, crispy, and soft in the center, turning halfway through.
Put the brussels sprouts in a mixing dish.
Add Chopped Toasted Cashews, chopped mint leaves, and chopped cilantro, and mix lightly with a spoon.
On a serving platter, place the brussels sprouts and top with Sriracha Aioli.
For Sriracha Aioli:
Place Mayonnaise, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Lime Juice, in a medium size mixing bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
To taste, add freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt.
