Ingredients
  

For Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 tbsp Pompeian Olive Oil, Recommended
  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Trimmed And Halved
  • Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • 4 tbsp Sriracha Aioli (Recipe Below)
  • 4 tbsp Chopped Toasted Cashews
  • 2 Sprigs Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Sprigs Mint Leaves, Chopped
  • Lime Wedge For Garnish

For Sriracha Aioli:

For Brussels Sprouts:

  • Set the oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put all the brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brussels sprouts are lightly browned, crispy, and soft in the center, turning halfway through.
  • Put the brussels sprouts in a mixing dish.
  • Add Chopped Toasted Cashews, chopped mint leaves, and chopped cilantro, and mix lightly with a spoon.
  • On a serving platter, place the brussels sprouts and top with Sriracha Aioli.

For Sriracha Aioli:

  • Place Mayonnaise, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Lime Juice, in a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
  • To taste, add freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt.
