Set the oven temperature to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the tomatoes and onion into 4 parts and drizzle with vegetable oil on a baking sheet.
Add some chili and cayenne pepper for seasoning and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flip the vegetables over halfway through.
Check the vegetables are not drying out from time to time.
You may redistribute the excess oil on the sheet by moving it around with tongs or a spatula.
When the skin is blistered, supple, and somewhat brown, they are finished.
Remove the chipotles' stems and seeds.
Put the cilantro, garlic, and all of the prepped vegetables in a blender. Add the chipotles as well.
Squeeze the juice of the lime into the blender, and then blend the ingredients until smooth.
Put it in a bowl or glass jar and cool it for some time.
Notes
Simply pulse the blender button for a few seconds to make chunkier salsa. To achieve a smoother texture in the salsa, you can process it to your liking.To make it spicier and enhance the smokey flavor to your own preference, you may also add more chipotle and adobo sauce. Serve the salsa once it has chilled for a few hours.
