  • Add some water if needed.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer, partially covered, for about 45 minutes, or until the tomatoes are sweet and cooked.
  • Turn off the heat and serve immediately with spaghetti!
