For Cookies Dough

For Lemon Glaze

  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest

Instructions
 

For Cookies

  • Preheat your oven at 350 Degree Fahrenhiet.
  • In a stand mixer, beat butter and Organic sugar together until it gets light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract, kosher salt, and egg yolks to the mixture and beat again.
  • Add the Wheat Pastry Flour gradually, beating as you go to ensure thorough mixing.
  • Now wrap the dough with a plastic wrapper.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or until the dough is formed.
  • Take a tablespoon of the chilled dough, shape it into cookie.
  • Take a cookie sheet and set it on a tray, then place all the cookies on it.
  • It needs to be bake for at least 20 minutes more to turn a light golden color.
  • When it's finished, bring it out and let them cool.

For Lemon Glaze

  • To make the glaze, in a mixing bowl, whisk Confectioners’ Sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until forms a glaze.
  • While the glaze is ready, dip cookies inside, and let them dry.
