For Lemon Glaze 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest
For Cookies Preheat your oven at 350 Degree Fahrenhiet.
In a stand mixer, beat butter and Organic sugar together until it gets light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract, kosher salt, and egg yolks to the mixture and beat again.
Add the Wheat Pastry Flour gradually, beating as you go to ensure thorough mixing.
Now wrap the dough with a plastic wrapper.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or until the dough is formed.
Take a tablespoon of the chilled dough, shape it into cookie.
Take a cookie sheet and set it on a tray, then place all the cookies on it.
It needs to be bake for at least 20 minutes more to turn a light golden color.
When it's finished, bring it out and let them cool.
For Lemon Glaze To make the glaze, in a mixing bowl, whisk Confectioners’ Sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until forms a glaze.
While the glaze is ready, dip cookies inside, and let them dry.
