Ingredients
  

For Dough:

  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 /2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Plus 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt

For Sauce:

  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt

For Pizza:

  • Pizza Dough
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
 

For Dough:

  • In a big stainless-steel bowl, mix water, sugar, and yeast.
  • Add extra virgin olive oil and flour to the bowl.
  • Use a stand mixer with a dough hook and mix on low for about 5 minutes until everything is combined.
  • Scrape down any dough left on the sides.
  • Transfer the dough to another bowl.
  • Sprinkle some flour on your hands and knead the dough in the bowl for 3 minutes.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours.

For Sauce:

  • Put crushed tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, and sea salt in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the sauce to a bowl. Your pizza sauce is now ready.

For Pizza:

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread sauce over the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add your preferred toppings.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust turns brown and the cheese melts and bubbles.
