Honey Sesame Salad Dressing:

  • In a blender, combine extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, water, and toasted sesame oil.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of water to the blender.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

For Zensational Salad:

  • Start by marinating the chicken breasts in the Honey Sesame Salad Dressing. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Then, grill the chicken breasts until they are fully cooked. Once done, refrigerate and let them chill.
  • Toss the chopped or shredded Romaine lettuce with the Honey Sesame Salad Dressing. Coat the lettuce evenly with the dressing.
  • Plate the dressed lettuce on individual serving plates.
  • In the center of each salad, place a cup of Asian coleslaw.
  • Slice the chilled, grilled chicken breasts into strips and arrange them on top of the coleslaw.
  • Sprinkle crispy wonton strips over the salad for added crunch and flavor.
  • For a delightful addition, slice the egg rolls diagonally and serve them alongside the salad as a dip. You can also drizzle extra salad dressing on the salad as desired.
