  • Continue whisking until the sugar and chocolate completely dissolve into the milk. If needed, microwave the mixture for an additional 20 seconds and whisk again.
  • Once the sugar and chocolate have been fully mixed together, add light corn syrup.
  • When mixed, gradually stir in condensed milk until everything has come together evenly. You can also drizzle in a touch of any syrup you prefer at this point.
