Start by warming 1/2 cup of milk in a microwave-safe mug for 45 seconds.
Transfer the hot milk into a medium-sized bowl, scraping off any skin that may have formed on top.
Cut the squares of white chocolate into quarters or eighths and add them to the bowl.
Add the sieved caster sugar, skim milk powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Stir the mixture until roughly mixed and then whisk to combine. If your mixture is too thick to whisk, use a fork.
Continue whisking until the sugar and chocolate completely dissolve into the milk. If needed, microwave the mixture for an additional 20 seconds and whisk again.
Once the sugar and chocolate have been fully mixed together, add light corn syrup.
When mixed, gradually stir in condensed milk until everything has come together evenly. You can also drizzle in a touch of any syrup you prefer at this point.

Once your mixture reaches the appropriate temperature, gradually incorporate heavy cream. Be sure to mix each addition before proceeding.
Once the heavy cream is fully mixed in, your Summer Moon Moon Milk is ready!
