  • Begin by cleaning and drying the ahi tuna with a paper towel. Then, place them on a plate.
  • Use olive oil on all sides of the tuna. It's necessary to carefully apply the olive oil to the tuna meat.
  • Soy sauce should be applied to all sides of the tuna. Make sure to coat the tuna meat evenly with soy sauce.
  • Season the tuna with the seasoning mixture. Season the tuna meat evenly with the seasoning mix.
  • On medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium frying pan.
