In a large mixing bowl, add Dried Cilantro, Dried Parsley, Dried Minced Onion, Dried Minced Red & Green Jalapeno Peppers, Dried Red Pepper Flakes, Dried Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper.
With a spoon, stir thoroughly to combine each item.
Put the salsa mixture in a spice jar, mason jar, or other airtight container and seal it up to store in a dark cool place.
To make the ideal salsa, mix 2 tablespoons of salsa mix with 10 ounces of Rotel tomatoes.
