In a mixing bowl, add Whole Milk, Lemon Juice, Salt, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Black Pepper, Mustard, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Salt Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Rosemary, White Pepper, and Chicken Seasoning.
