Ingredients
  

For Marinade

  • 1 pint Whole Milk
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 4 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lawry's Garlic Salt, Recommended
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chicken Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add Whole Milk, Lemon Juice, Salt, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Black Pepper, Mustard, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Salt Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Rosemary, White Pepper, and Chicken Seasoning.
  • Mix all the ingredients very well with a whisk and set it aside.
  • Now cut the chicken into pieces.
  • Place all the chicken pieces in the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 24 hours for the marinade.
  • For Dredge, Add whole wheat flour, corn flour, and some dry herbs from the marinade and mix the dry mixture in a separate bowl.
  • Mix 8 tablespoons marinade with the dry mixture.
  • Now place the chicken pieces in the mixture for coating.
  • Heat the vegetable oil to 200 Degree Celsius temperature.
  • Fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken pieces from the oil in a paper towel.
