  • Spray a small amount of olive oil spray on the saucepan while it's heating up at medium heat.
  • Add the turkey, break the turkey into smaller pieces with a spatula and brown it (5 to 7 minutes.)
  • Add water and taco seasoning and mix with the spatula.
  • Remove the cooked turkey meatfrom the saucepan and place aside.
  • Now on a serving plate, add chopped lettuce, browned turkey meat, chopped jalapeno, diced tomatoes, plain non-fat yogurt, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, and scallion.
