For Lavender Infused Simple Syrup:

  • In a small pot, heat the sugar, water, and lavender buds over medium-high heat.
  • Bring to a boil before simmering for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • Take the syrup off the stove and give the lavender at least one hour to infuse.
  • Separate the flower buds from the syrup using a fine mesh strainer.
  • In a container, store the Lavender Infused Syrup and refrigerate the syrup for up to 14 days.

For Blueberry Lavender Lemonade:

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add Swedish Absolute Vodka, Minute Maid Lemonade, Lavender Infused Simple Syrup and Monin Blueberry Puree to the cocktail shaker.
  • To mix, shake the ingredients for 5 to 8 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture through the strainer into a pint glass.
  • Fill the remaining space of the glass with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge and a lavender sprig.
