For Green Salad:
- 8 Ounces Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Ounces Spinach
- 2 Ounces Iceberg Lettuce
- 4 Ounces Canned Beets
- 4 Ounces Gourmet Premium Croutons
- 4 Ounces Chopped Hard-Cooked Eggs
- 4 Ounces Salad Dressing
- 8 Red Teardrop Cherry Tomato
For Salad Dressing:
In a blender, combine Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Applesauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Dry Sherry, Seasoned Salt, Sugar, Sweet Hungarian Paprika, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, and Tabasco Sauce.
Slowly pour vegetable oil through the pour hole on the lid while the motor is operating at high speed until mixed, around 2 minutes.
Store in the fridge for at least three hours before serving.
For Green Salad:
In a sizable salad dish, add the salad greens.
Place the beets over the leaves, then top with the croutons and a sprinkle of chopped eggs.
Make a depression in the center of a very large shallow dish with crushed ice.
After firmly setting it in the depression, place the salad bowl with its contents on top of the ice.
Pour the dressing over the greens.
Toss with a big salad fork and spoon until the contents are well spread and the salad dressing is evenly coated.
If using the ice bowl, spin the salad bowl by tossing it in a circular motion.
Serve in four portions, heaping high.
Garnish with two teardrop cherry tomatoes on each plate.
