  • Place the garlic cloves, pimento, bird peppers, cherry peppers and some salt in the masher.
  • Mash the ingredients very well.
  • Add cilantro and mash the ingredients again very well.
  • Now add lime squeezed juice and ketchup or tomato sauce.
  • Add the palm sugar, black pepper, and some salt.
  • Now use a spoon to combine all the ingredients.
  • If you need to add more lime or sugar, you may add it in to adjust it to your liking.
  • The sauce can be stored in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
