  • First coat your pepper steak with olive oil.
  • Season with 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Turmeric, seasoning salt, and Black Pepper.
  • Add chopped garlic and mix well.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan at medium-high heat.
  • Place the pepper steak in the pan and cook the pepper steak for 10 minutes or until brown.
  • Add the Mushroom, Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and onion.
  • Add 1 cup of water and simmer for an hour.
  • After one hour removes the steak from the pan and put them on a serving plate.
  • In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp and 1 cup warm water and Whisk very well.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan for making gravy.
  • Continue to stir and cook for 10 minutes (If the gravy is too thick then you can add more water).
  • Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  • Serve with rice and enjoy!
