First coat your pepper steak with olive oil.
Season with 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Turmeric, seasoning salt, and Black Pepper.
Add chopped garlic and mix well.
Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan at medium-high heat.
Place the pepper steak in the pan and cook the pepper steak for 10 minutes or until brown.
Add the Mushroom, Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and onion.
Add 1 cup of water and simmer for an hour.
After one hour removes the steak from the pan and put them on a serving plate.
In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp and 1 cup warm water and Whisk very well.
Pour the mixture into the pan for making gravy.
Continue to stir and cook for 10 minutes (If the gravy is too thick then you can add more water).
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
