Preheat the oven to 400 Degree Fahrenheit or 200 Degree Celsius.
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for one minute.
Add chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, dried thyme, dried basil, cayenne, and salt.
After thoroughly mixing, cook for three minutes.
Add heavy cream and stir through.
Reduce the heat to medium-low when the sauce begins to bubble a little, and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
Turn off the heat and put it aside.
Add the paprika, cayenne, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne to a small bowl and combine thoroughly.
On a baking tray, arrange divined and clean 500 grams of shrimp.
Sprinkle with the seasoning, turn over and season the other side properly.
Brush the shrimp with melted butter and place into the preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until brown.
To serve, place 1 cup of cooked rice middle of the plate.
Spread the sauce around the rice and add the shrimp.
For garnish add diced onion and spring onion.
Serve Immediately!
