First Layer:

  • In a blender, combine 4 scoops of Formula 1 Raspberry & White Chocolate with 3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water and blend on high for 50-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture among 4 shallow pudding dishes and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Second Layer:

  • In the same blender, combine 4 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla with 3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water and blend on high for 50-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the Vanilla mixture over the frozen first layer in each dish and return to the freezer for another hour.
  • Cover the dishes with plastic wrap, transfer to the refrigerator, and let them set for 1 additional hour.

Finishing Touch:

  • Once the parfaits have been set, top each parfait with a fresh berry.
