First Layer:
In a blender, combine 4 scoops of Formula 1 Raspberry & White Chocolate with 3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder.
Add 3/4 cup of water and blend on high for 50-60 seconds until smooth.
Divide the mixture among 4 shallow pudding dishes and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Second Layer:
In the same blender, combine 4 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla with 3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder.
Add 3/4 cup of water and blend on high for 50-60 seconds until smooth.
Pour the Vanilla mixture over the frozen first layer in each dish and return to the freezer for another hour.
